The introductory rate of $0.019 per minute is valid for 90-days from first call date. Introductory rate does not apply to travel card or toll-free service calls. Offshore calling is excluded from the 1.9 introductory rate. After the 90-day introductory period, rates and fees will revert to the standard Absolute Cents plan interstate rate of $0.049 per minute with a $15 Monthly Minimum. Absolute Cents customers must accumulate $15 in usage to waive the monthly recurring charge of $2.95 (the Monthly Minimum will be waived during the 90-day introductory period). Customers who leave Acceris will not be eligible for the introductory rate for a period of 365 days from the date of initial account set-up. Customers who wish to change or update their rate plan must contact Acceris Communications Customer Service directly. Rates will not update automatically with the introduction of a new standard product rate plan. Calls are billed in one-minute increments with partial minutes rounded up to the next full minute. Business multi-line accounts will be charged a $4.31 per line, per month presubscribed line charge (PICC). International Special Services termination rates apply for calls terminating to mobile devices, military bases, other wireless devices including pagers, personal computers, personal digital assistants and to toll services such as Information Services (automated systems like banking information) and premium rate numbers (such as betting lines and Lottery results). Further, many countries offer in-country numbering plans, not designed to be accessed from outside the country. Toll-free calls originating from U.S. offshore territories will be billed at $0.15 per minute excluding Hawaii and Canada. Toll-free calls originating from Canada will be billed at $0.09 per minute. Toll-free calls originating from Hawaii will be billed at the same per minute rate as a customer's primary interstate rate. Federal USF fees apply on all service except Intrastate tolls. Rates do not apply to Directory Assistance, Payphone or Operator Assisted calls. Customers selecting LEC billing will receive their charges on the WorldxChange bill page of the Local Exchange Carrier Bill. Some customers may be billed by USBI on behalf of WorldxChange. These charges will appear on the USBI portion of their bill. Presubscribed customers can cancel their service anytime by calling Acceris Customer Service or by contacting their local telephone company whose phone number is listed on their local telephone bill.
